Peanut Butter + Strawberry + Banana + Chia + Almond Milk = the easiest smoothie ever!
Oh WOW! A little prep last night = a quick and yummy breakfast today!
2 small bananas
2 c. fresh strawberries
2.5 c. almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
Clean strawberries, cut off tops, slice in half and freeze overnight
Cut bananas into 1/4ths freeze overnight also
In the busy morning simply grab your frozen fruit, throw it in your blender or Bullet, add almond milk, peanut butter and chia seeds. Blend until smooth. Top with a couple of frozen berries and a few extra chia seeds for added crunch. We poured our smoothie in a bowl, easy eating with a spoon. Just as easy to throw in a reusable cup to take on the road. Simple + affordable and super yummy!
